30 days of George

I decided to do a 30 days project, and since my children are always around, and pretty good models i decided to do a 30 days project on my son,George. I will follow it up with a 30 days of Tina of course, but for right now my first born is in the limelight- so here goes-Welcome to the world of George :)

About Me

Viki Michaelides: I am a stay at home mother of two gorgeous children. My eldest child (George) is anaphylactic to dairy products, which means if he eats or even touches dairy (or anything that has been touched by someone who has touched anything with dairy in it,) he can get very sick, very quickly. It was a very tough learning curve at the beginning, but now, 7 years in, we cope very well with it. Cooking from scratch is essential, and most processed foods are a no-no, but we have come up with modified versions of most of the foods other 7 year olds know and love. I am happy to share my knowledge, and love of cooking with other people who may need some guidance navigating the minefield that is food allergies :)
